This training responds to the needs of the labour market and is aimed at improving business competitiveness.
Its goals include promoting the qualification of professional skills acquired by workers, both through training processes and work experience.
CNAI, as an instrumental entity that depends on the Department of Education and under the supervision of the General Directorate of Vocational Training, carries out actions in connection with the analysis of training needs, monitoring of training actions for certificates of professionalism and processes for the accreditation of competencies, whereby the candidate acquires an official certificate of their professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training, after evaluating such skills.
